I live in Lubbock and in the past 2 months I've ordered a bouquet & a plant to be delivered in the Dallas area. I appreciated the way in which you handled the delivery of the flowers and letting me know that you could not get anyone to answer the door and did not leave them out in the hot sun to wilt. You also did all you could to see that the flowers were delivered. Thank you and also for telling me you would refresh the arrangement before actually delivering it once we found someone at home to answer the door.
